It really depends on the age of this version of Jor-El that we see. I would say that if the Jor-El we see is as old as the voice he has now then it should be Terence Stamp that plays him.

As much I like TS, only Tom could be Jor-El because he was already Jor-El in Relic and it's mentioned many times how he looked his father. So, why would Jor-El change so much? It'd be another mistake in SV. Furthermore, TW was a great Jor-El in Relic, as always when hi's in another character, and he'll be great again as an adult Jor-El.

I'd like to see TW play Jor-El, maybe with a little grey hair around the edges to age him a bit. They never mentioned how old adult Jor-El would be. Loved TW in Relic.
