Writers: Patrick Sean Smith, John Shiban
Director: Kim Manners First aired: Tuesday January 10, 2006 Sam and Dean (Jensen Ackles) finally make contact with their father, but he tells them to stop looking for him and sends them on another ghost-hunting job. Frustrated with their father’s evasiveness, Sam sets out alone to find him while Dean stays back to obey his father. Dean investigates a small town in Indiana where couples have gone missing the same day each year and discovers the farmers are sacrificing them to a Pagan God who takes the form of a scarecrow. While en route to California, Sam meets Meg (Nicki Aycox), a young backpacker, who unbeknownst to Sam is working for a demon. Let's discuss the episode here... |

LOL! I love this quote.
And one of the most kwon form Dean, too: "Dude, you're fugly!" LOL! I almost had a heart attack when I saw the cigarrete smoking man (William B. Davis).... Haha. I was like: Go away, Dean, he's bad news! And he turned to be. Haha! Also, the X-Files "Agent Chapel" (Tom Butler) as the Uncle.... *Sighs happilly* This episde gave me awesome memories, lol. |

At first when you wait and think what happens when Dean goes to check that awful scarecrow...nothing happens except Dean says "Dude yo're fugly". Oh well how much I love this show! That terrific humor at the moment what you can't even imagine. :hahaha:
Meg showed up as well, bummer that I was annoyed to find out that she was a demon. Sam was in big danger all the time with her, good that nothing happened to him.

That was an ep that really scared the heck out of me!! It's just really really a nightmare to be stuck in the dark with a scarecrow!
And at first I actually liked Meg...I mean, she seemed nice enough, even though I was still cautious towards her, but I really liked her! The ep itself made me really don't like scarecrows anymore! Not that I ever did!

So true....there are still some really scary episodes there! Unlike in season 4, where you have other things they focus on, not so much the scary stuff....it's more about angels and demons than about scary stuff still!!

You didn't notice him?Quote:
I agree, Yvi... I spend more time worried about our boys, about what'll happen to them, then to the scary stuff. I miss that about this show.... I don't know, it's just.... Sometimes I get tired of being sad and worried about the boys. I miss the just fun, scary, legends stuffs. |
