Clark and Chloe deserve to be friends at least. The season premiere tore their friendship apart and I don't want to watch Smallville anymore. — Josh
ADAM: Wrongs can always be undone, Josh. Sure, Chloe and Clark have a long way to go in repairing their friendship, but by the end of the next episode, I think you will be hopeful about them patching things up. The bad news for Chlark fans is this: Chloe's friendly gesture pushes Clark closer to Lois.

Another gag worthy spoiler for Chloe fans. Gee I wonder why so many decided to tune out??? I'm still glad I didn't watch the premiere and I certainly have ZERO intentions of turning in for this episode. The way their friendship mends is by having Chloe push Clark and Lois together? LOL. Not nearly as bad as another spoiler that implied Chloe fans should watch because she pushes Clark into being the Superman without friends. Woopee!

It's nice to see Clark and Chloe mending fences by the end of Metallo. Lois and Chloe are cousins and Chloe is already married and now widowed. If Clark and Lois are together, then Chloe may have served her real purpose on the show.

while i'm happy that the spoiler has Clois in it, i feel sad because this just goes to show that the show has a really divided fandom

Funny how even the Chlark questions are getting Clois answers this season, it's about bloody time lol!
So Chloe pushes Clark closer to Lois hmm... Can Chloe literally push Clark... into Lois' bedroom and lock the pair of them inside for like a week? ![]() Cheers, Roadie |

Thanks Gabriela for the information. Poor Chloe Sullivan!. Chloe deserve the friendship of Clark too. But Clark will be more close to Lois. It´s great.

Um because I was a fan of the show for eight seasons, and I am still a fan of certain characters. I didn't realize one could only post if it was positive?? Anyway, whatever, enjoy Metropolis: Lois and Clark the early years. The show certainly isn't Smallville anymore. I don't see why it's wrong to not want the Chlark friendship be about Clois.
It's just a continuation of destruction of their close relationship until there is nothing left but Lois. Honestly, the best solution was to have NEVER done the crapville finale that got rid of Davis and Jimmy in such sickening ways. Several Chloe fans LOVED and still LOVE Davis and would have lessened the bitterness of Clois. There would have been balance on the show. Now the audience has been alienated. Several fans are tuning out because of what this show has become. Chloe and Clark could have continued their friendship in a positive manner without him turning his back on humanity and they could have made him Superman without acting like Zorro and Batman. Then build up Clois without putting Chloe in the middle of it when enough fans are already pissed off as it is.---------- Post added at 09:42 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:41 AM ---------- And this is exactly why I am NOT a happy Chloe fan with this spoiler. GAG! Fine, do Clois, but leave Chloe and Chlark out of it. |

So , to sum it up, I really fail to entirely understand either side of fans. I don't get why someone would be particularly happy if all Chloe did was to pimp Clois (which I m pretty sure is not what the show is aiming at, at least, in Savior supporting Clois wasn't her top priority) and at the same time I don't understand why anyone that isn't still firm believer of the Chlark romance, would object to Chloe getting involved up to a small extent to the building up of Clois. If this didn't happen, we would have part of fans blaming Chloe for not caring enough for either of them.

I think it's great that Chloe and Clark will be "patching things up". I've always been a fan of the Chlark friendship and it would be a disappointment to see that gone.
I agree that it makes sense for Chloe to have involvement in bringing Clark and Lois together. Chloe and Lois are family, they're cousins. I would expect she would have a say in it. It's very realistic to me, I like it.

I wonder if Clark and Chloe's friendship will be on the rocks again later in the season over going back into time to save Jimmy. Clark said no, and Chloe seem somewhat satisfied with his explanation, but I could see her getting upset over something Clark did and stealing the ring for herself to go back in time for Jimmy.

I believe they'll be friends again only because they have been all their life. I just hope it's not going to be like when Chloe lost all her memories of Clark having super powers in one episode then just being completely fine with it on another episode. I was really sad when the episode where Chloe looses her memory aired, and that's the episode I really for the first time started loving the character. Allison's acting is really superb, so I was really anxious as to how she'd react when she remembers everything, but it didn't happen.
